We were looking for a home so that we could settle down in Jozi. Having relocated from Cape Town just before the pandemic, the property market was down and there was opportunity to purchase the perfect fixer upper! I’d like to use this space as a canvas where I could dream of the future. A space to play, create and breathe.

The apartment has 3 levels:

• Bottom level has an entrance hallway, guest bathroom, kitchen, pantry and dining room

• Middle level is lounge and balcony

• Upper level is the master bedroom, guest bedroom with small balcony, and full bathroom
